During more than 22 years of his work experience, he has gathered wide experience in Tax planning,  tax management and tax assessment of some local, international and multinational companies and donor agencies and all related activities for the assessment i.e. review of the financial statements based on Income Tax Ordinance and Rules 1984. He looks after a large number of clients by providing Income Tax, VAT, and advisory services.

Md. Moniruzzaman is one of the lead consultants of FM Consultants Limited. Mr. Moniruzzaman has experience in accounting, outsourcing, business support services and consultancy in Bangladesh. He has worked for multinational, local companies and NGOs in Bangladesh on various support services. During more than 20 years of his work experience, he has gathered wide experience in accounting, outsourcing, and business support services to some local, international and multinational companies and donor agencies.  He looks after a large number of clients by providing accounting, outsourcing, and business support services.

Mr. Zahidul Islam is one of the lead consultants of FM Consultants Limited. Mr. Islam has experience in Payroll, BIDA, VISA and Registrar of Joint Stock companies and Firms (RJSC&F) related support and consultancy in Bangladesh. He has worked for multinational, local companies, and NGOs in Bangladesh on the mentioned issues. During more than 10 years of her work experience, he has gathered wide experience in payroll administration, workers administration, appointment of experts after getting work permits from BIDA, and security clearance on local, international and multinational companies, and donor agencies.
